In addition to construction management and general contracting services, Greater Cleveland Construction provides design-build services and has produced award winning projects in adaptive reuse. Our diverse portfolio of projects and experience in renovation of existing and older buildings makes our expertise stand out among other construction companies. To complement our services, we offer a building study for individuals and companies looking to purchase commercial/industrial property.

We evaluate and provide due diligence to potential owners prior to purchase. The study provides information on site issues and physical conditions of the property with a preliminary budget to repair/replace or renovate to a new owner’s requirements. Clients find these studies necessary to finalize purchase of their property.

In 2003, we purchased and developed a historic building, constructed in 1889 as a hotel, in the Historic Gateway District, for our company headquarters. We are part of Cleveland’s renewal being located in the heart of downtown Cleveland and centrally located to our clients and potential clients.
