Constructed First Federal Lakewood’s first bank branch within a supermarket.

Build out is a wide open bank within the supermarket to service Dave’s Supermarket customers, local residents and businesses in Midtown Cleveland.

The bare space consisted of constructing new walls to create private office space with a Holoform glass system, new suspended ceilings and a curved drywall soffit over the main desk.  Wood doors, electrical, hvac and sprinklers were installed.

Finishes included painted walls, stained doors, custom wood/laminate teller and check writing desks, counters and files.  Vinyl plank flooring and carpet tiles.
