About Project

Established in 1932, Coit Road Farmer’s Market dates back to farmers selling fresh product from the back of their trucks.  Today, the market continues to serve East Cleveland residents with fresh produce and goods.  Presently the building structure and property is in need of renovation and modern conveniences.

We evaluated the property, explored concepts for the market with committee members, developed plans for renovation, prepared architectural RFP, set up and conducted interviews with architects. Prepared contractual agreements for architectural concepts for market renovations.
