Project Completion Dates:   September 2014 and September 2018

Industrial renovations have included work for a building owner for various tenant spaces from 2012 through 2018.  One project was an upgrade to tenant spaces consisting of 30,000 sq. ft. to attract new leasing.  Services included demolition, sprinkler work, metal stud/drywall, hvac, plumbing, electrical, painting and flooring completed in fall of 2018.

An existing tenant space consisting of 25,000 sq. ft. was renovated to expand the warehouse and upgrade restrooms and office areas.  This work included metal stud/drywall, sprinkler work, plumbing, hvac, electrical, cabinetry, painting and flooring, completed in the fall of 2014.

Various tenant work performed in highly sensitive areas to repair and upgrade currently leased spaces.
